Direct ions: From the North or South, take Hwy 13 to Waverly city square , then go East on Main Street one mile to Waverly Junior High School.
From the East or West, take Hwy 70 to Waverly. From the West, turn right onto Powers Blvd. (the fifth traffic signal); then turn right on Main Street. From the East, turn left onto Powers Blvd. (the first traffic signal); then turn right on Main Street. Watch for signs.
Start and Finish: In front of Waverly Junior High School. Both races start of 8:00 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time. 5K Walk begins five minutes after race start.
Awards: First place cash awards for overall best time, male and female (not eligible for age group awards). Age group awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for male and female:
19-Under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-Over. Awards will not be mailed.
Pre-Registration Deadline: April 30, 2012. Race day registration is from 6:45-7:45 a.m.
Commemorative Race T-Shirt: Available only to all pre-registered entrants.
Entry Fee: 5K Walk or 5K Run Only …… Pre-Registration $15.00 / Race Day $20.00
5K/25K Biathlon …… Pre-Registration $20.00 / Race Day $25.00

Proceeds of the event will go toward Lions Sight Conservation Projects, local community sight assistance, and community youth support. The event is sponsored by local merchants and industries.
Certification: The 5K course is certified by the USATF/RRTC – Certification Code TN09019MS.
ANSI or SNELL approved helmets required for bikers.
